Ashlea and Micah enjoyed their perfect lakeside wedding day at The Springs at Skiatook, Oklahoma. This modern, outdoor setting made for beautiful natural light photos. We were honored to have the chance to capture such a lovely day.

Ashlea looked radiant in her white lace dress. She wore her hair in a gorgeous low updo and beautiful pink flowers within it. Ashlea had a lot of fun getting ready with her bridesmaids. They all wore matching robes and took photos together. The prep room had a lot of vintage furniture and was the perfect setting for the girls to get ready. We took some beautiful shots between Ashlea and her Mother, who helped her with her dress and kept her calm before the ceremony. Her bridesmaids wore gorgeous, floor length navy blue dresses which matched perfectly with the theme.

Micah looked really smart. His groomsmen helped him prepare and we got some great shots of them all relaxing on the leather couches before heading out for the ceremony. Micah wore a navy blue suit and his groomsmen wore ties to match him. We took a wonderful shot of them all outside with stunning trees in the background, along with the little page boy, who looked very sweet in his blue braces and bow tie.

There were a lot of emotional moments. Ashlea and her bridesmaids were overwhelmed when Ashlea first got in to her gown. We then had a beautiful first look moment between the bride and her father.They were overjoyed to see each other and you could see how proud Ashlea's father was. It was lovely to witness the love shared between them.

We then got to take some stunning photos of Ashlea and Micah as they stood on either side of a beautiful wooden door, where they swapped letters and read them.

More tears were shared when Ashlea walked down the aisle. Micah was very emotional when he first saw his bride to be walking towards him. Ashlea's mother also became overwhelmed by the sight of her beautiful daughter walking down the aisle.

The venue had a very natural feel to it and over looked a gorgeous lake and woodland. The ceremony was held outside and it was a truly gorgeous occasion. The sunlight beamed perfectly over the couple as they said 'I do' under the large wooden awning. It was very heartfelt and emotional. Ashlea appeared more relaxed once she was with Micah which just showed the love and chemistry shared between them.

After the ceremony we took some wonderful shots of the couple, along with their bridal party and groomsmen. We got some beautiful, intimate shots of the couple as well as some fun shots that they wanted. Our favorite moment was the twirling shot, where Micha twirled his new wife as the sun began to set over the lake.

The reception took place in a stunning hall, which had a lot of wooden detail and exposed brick. They had decorated it perfectly and had put a lot of thought in to their day, including donuts for guests to snack on with a sign that said 'Donut mind if I do'. The evening party was a lot of fun and you could see that all the guests were having a fantastic time. The first dance, the toasts and the whole evening was full of love, laughter and tears of joy. It was a true pleasure to capture this amazing day.
