Emily and Paul shared the most beautiful day with friends and family at The Cotton Mill in McKinney, Texas, where they joined together has husband and wife. This beautiful couple were full of class, elegance and were very much in love, and they both shared a passion for the arts. It was wonderful to get to know them and within 20 minutes of being there we completely knew how we were going to capture this gorgeous wedding day.

Emily was a stunning bride and smiled throughout the whole day. Her dress was stunning, it was a floor-length, lace detailed, mermaid style white dress and it suited her perfectly. Her beautiful bridesmaids helped her get ready in the elegant bridal suite, that had stunning exposed brick and gorgeous leather couches. Each of the bridesmaids wore stunning burgundy dresses, each slightly different and they all looked beautiful alongside the gorgeous bride.

Paul and his groomsmen prepared for the big day in the groom's suite, which was on the other side of the building to the bridal suite, so there was no risk of him bumping into his stunning bride-to-be. Paul wore a dark blue suit with a burgundy tie and white shirt. He looked very smart and his groomsmen dressed to match. Paul laughed as one of his groomsmen read out a letter, before Paul headed out for a first look with his gorgeous Emily.

The first look between Emily and Paul was gorgeous. They stood in an amazing exposed brick room in the old industrial building. Natural lighting flowed through the old windows and bounced off the wooden beams. Emily and Paul laughed and hugged in their emotional first look moment. It was amazing to capture the couple seeing each other dressed in their wedding attire and ready to commit to each other for the rest of their lives.

It was soon time for the nuptials. The venue was a gorgeous giant warehouse area with beautiful light spilling in. It was an old cotton mill from the early 1900s with lots of original features, such as the original flooring, doors and beams. We captured photos of the bridal party and the groomsmen outside in front of the historic brick building. Emily posed in front of the giant wooden doors in her beautiful wedding dress. She looked flawless. The ceremony took place outside and it was truly amazing. The aisle was lined with floral decorated lanterns and the altar had a beautiful piece of draping white material above it. The happy couple said 'I do' and with that were pronounced husband and wife.

We whisked Emily and Paul away for their gorgeous couples portraits. You could see how much love they had for each other and how happy they were to now be husband and wife. Emily's bouquet had a beautiful arrangement of red, white and pink flowers, finished off with stunning green leaves.

As night fell, it was time for reception. Throughout the whole day, the coordinator did an amazing job and made it look easy. It was a seamless day and everything went off without a hitch. Guests enjoyed delicious apple cider which was perfect for a slightly cold day. The reception was gorgeous and held in a stunning wooden hall. String lights covered the wooden beams that stood tall from the floor to the ceiling. Candles lined the tables and was one of the only light sources, which created a very romantic and special ambiance. One of the bridesmaids played guitar amazingly for the first dance. It was a gorgeous moment. The whole night was a big celebration. Gorgeous toasts were delivered, including a beautiful one from Mom. Everyone danced the whole night and Emily and Paul embarked on fun wedding traditions such as the garter and bouquet toss. They departed to a bubble exit before leaving in a stunning classic car. It was a truly special and romantic day; elegant, just like the happy couple.
